FireCnc is a fictional property-rental marketplace running on Ledfra. Every booking is a real charge on a Stripe sandbox, posted through the public API and reconciled against what Stripe reports.

No signup, no card. The workspace is read-only and shared with other visitors.

The fee is Stripe’s, read off the charge — not a rate we applied. Only the commission is income; the landlord’s share is owed to them from the moment the guest pays.

What you’re walking into

Bookings
A new booking roughly every twenty minutes, each one a real charge on a Stripe sandbox. Guests pay with US and international cards, so two identical stays can cost different fees.
Integration
The marketplace is a separate application with its own database. It writes to Ledfra only through the public REST API, with an API key and an idempotency key on every call — the integration you would build.
Reconciliation
Every Stripe balance movement matched to the posting that recorded it, and proof that the ledger holds what Stripe holds. A few discrepancies are planted on purpose, and labelled, so you can see what a mismatch looks like.
Money lifecycle
Charges land in Stripe’s pending balance and move to available on the day Stripe releases them. Landlords’ shares are held as a liability; paying them out is what we are adding next, so for now that balance only grows.
Access
Read-only, and shared with other visitors. Explore the chart of accounts, reports, reconciliation and transaction history freely; creating and editing are disabled.
